A Saturday birthday party.
A family books a party package in the e-shop and tops up the children's cards before arriving. At the entrance they get their wristbands, and when the credit runs out the children top up their card again at a kiosk in the park, with no queue at the till.
During the day they collect points, and in the evening the business sees the day's sales, top-ups and packages in Plano ERP.
Plano Play works with the whole of Plano.
Top-ups and purchases go into Plano ERP with their documents. The e-shop is built with Plano eCommerce, and the food and drink area runs on Plano Estiasis and self-service kiosks.
