Our team consists of experienced executives with relevant backgrounds. Organizationally, the company has an in-house team of developers, which gives it flexibility in developing custom solutions and additional configurations. We also design and develop our own web applications in specific areas, creating the conditions for ease and speed of operation, with reasonable service and development costs. We have the know-how and develop additional e-shops, with the ability to connect the Pylon commercial application with e-shops (mainly OpenCart) with a real-time interface using innovative, user-friendly functionality that gives us a competitive advantage (Competitive Advantage) over other solutions.

With 16 years of presence in business software, eCommerce, and retail technology, QORECT has built a strong track record with more than 4,000 active installations. Its experience ranges from simple invoicing and POS solutions to advanced ERP, eCommerce, and retail environments designed for businesses with multiple branches or reseller networks. At the same time, QORECT maintains an organized network of 45 resellers across Greece, while software development companies have also trusted it as a reliable partner for electronic invoicing provider services. All of this reinforces QORECT’s position as a partner with experience, credibility, and the ability to grow alongside the evolving needs of every business.

The company's journey began in 2010 in Peristeri, as a sole proprietorship by Konstantinos Karamouzis. In its early stages, the activity focused on cash register systems and supporting commercial applications of third-party companies, laying the foundation for its development in the field of business IT.

In 2011, the company evolved into a general partnership and established a branch in Nikaia. This new presence strengthened the ability to serve more businesses, offering comprehensive coverage in computerization, cash systems and commercial application support.

In 2012, a new branch was established in Piraeus, strengthening the company's presence and business coverage in the wider region. In the same year, the design of Plano began, with the initial operation of interconnecting ERP systems with an e-shop, constituting the first step towards the development of proprietary technological solutions.

In 2014, a subsidiary company named SHW was created, with the aim of organizing the wholesale distribution of software to resellers throughout Greece. This move was an important step in expanding the commercial network and strengthening the companies' presence in the software market.

In 2016, the corporate activities and retail branches were consolidated under a new corporate umbrella, with the distinctive title Dataway, and with new offices in Nea Filadelfia, Athens. The company developed the combined wholesale and retail trade of software, cash registers and peripheral systems, while at the same time strengthening its reseller network throughout Greece.

In 2018, the company implemented its own cloud environment, leveraging infrastructure in European countries. This investment significantly enhanced the reliability and security of its services, with autonomous backup and failover systems, creating the basis for more stable, scalable and available solutions for businesses.

In 2020, the development team was strengthened and a substantial redesign of Plano was carried out. The experience and know-how acquired in all the previous years, through its use as an auxiliary interconnection tool, were utilized to create a modern cloud environment. With a new architecture, microservices and RESTful APIs, Plano acquired an autonomous status as a connector, enabling the interconnection of different systems, such as ERP and e-shop.

The first version of Plano Cloud ERP was created in 2021, leveraging the same technological base and existing connector infrastructure. The solution has now evolved from an interconnection tool to the first integrated ERP environment, with document issuance, purchase entry, warehouse management and basic commercial functionality for businesses.

2022 was a year of significant development, with the expansion of the proprietary cloud environment, the upgrade of servers and the launch of Plano e-commerce. The company presented a unified ERP and e-commerce system, with two-way data update between commercial management and the online store, without external bridges. With direct participation in e-commerce exhibitions, this innovation opened a new path for the company's development and substantially strengthened its position in the Greek market.

In 2023, the company moved on to create extensions for retail and catering, supporting both cloud and on-premises installations. The applications were designed to run on different operating systems, with a common backoffice, Plano ERP. The same base allowed for the coverage of needs in retail, supermarket, take away, delivery and dine-in, with immediate updating of reports, items and prices through the ERP. This hybrid model gave the company the opportunity to serve both small and medium-sized businesses and organizations with multiple stores and more complex needs.

In 2024, the company leveraged its experience in e-commerce, ERP, retail and catering, moving forward with the creation of digital menus and self-ordering solutions. The new capabilities covered three main scenarios: e-order for orders from home, table order via QR at the table and in-store ordering kiosk. All orders immediately informed tables, inventory, waiters, kitchen and cashiers, reducing delays, errors and unrecorded processes in daily operations.

In 2025, the company becomes an officially certified e-invoicing provider, further strengthening its role as an all-in-one technology partner for businesses. Through a single ecosystem of solutions, customers can cover commercial management, e-commerce, catering, retail and electronic invoicing needs, with direct labeling and interconnection of their processes under a common corporate support.

2025 marks a turning point for the company, with the transformation of the corporate identity from Dataway to QORECT. This change reflects the company’s new strategic direction: the shift from direct retail to a purely B2B development model, based on partners and resellers. With a complete portfolio of solutions for ERP, e-commerce, retail, catering and electronic invoicing, QORECT is now focused on strengthening its network, giving its partners the tools to develop integrated solutions for their own customers.

In 2026, the company turned its attention to the hotel industry, introducing PMS and Booking System solutions that integrate with the Plano ecosystem and simultaneously function as an extension of the hotel website. At the same time, it is developing ROOM8, a digital menu and room service environment, through which guests can be informed about services, amenities and products, as well as place orders directly from their mobile phone or in-room tablet.

Today, after 16 years of operation, QORECT has more than 4,000 customers and a network of partners in most of Greece, covering over 60% of the Greek territory. With solutions for ERP, e-commerce, retail, catering, mobile invoicing and document marking via FiscalSign, the company continues to grow dynamically, with a presence in European markets, and customers using Plano applications inside and outside Europe.

By the end of 2027, QORECT aims to expand Plano into the field of accounting management, opening a new important chapter in the evolution of its ecosystem. This move comes as a natural continuation of the development in ERP, e-commerce, retail and catering, further strengthening Plano's role as a central organizing base for modern businesses. With this expansion, the company takes another step towards fully covering everyday business needs.

In 2028–2029, QORECT aims to further expand the Plano ecosystem by developing solutions for HR and payroll. This move adds another key area to the daily operation of a modern business, covering needs related to employees, human resources organization and payroll management. With this expansion, Plano continues to evolve into a comprehensive business organization environment.
